The next issue of our special profiles magazines, contemporary21, will be a survey on architects from around the world and their first free standing houses in an attempt to uncover, through these significant projects, their particular approach to architecture. The issue contains an insightful lead essay by Sam Jacob, contemporary’s Architecture Editor and profiles on Archi-Tectonics, Eastern Design Office, Jarmund/Vigsnaes AS, Sadar Vuha Arhitekti, Sarah Wigglesworth and Peter Eisenman amongst other.

The second issue of our new interviews magazine, contemporary conversations, will include interviews to artists Mariana Vassileva and Gabriele di Matteo by Mark Gisbourne and Andrea Viliani respectively; conversations with writer Lawrence Rickels, Italian artist duo Isola Norzi and fusion musician Miki González.
